- 2.5 tomatoes on the vine
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 jalepeno, de-seeded and diced
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, diced
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Take all the vegetables and dice them up and put them in a medium size bowl. Add lemon juice, apple cider, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste....mix all together and enjoy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
